Mmmmm I beg to differ…
The amount of times people say “Oh yes I do relax, I often just slob out in front of the T.V….”
Well, I don’t necessarily think this is always a good way to relax. I mean, think about it, you’ve had a stressful day, lots to do, your mind is still a whir.. You get home, tired and irritable, you perhaps find it hard to quieten your mind.
Does sitting and doing nothing, with nothing to take your mind off your day, really help?
Personally I don’t always think it is the answer. Far better to seek out company of others and have fun, or do something you love to really take your mind off things and de-stress.
Now…taking yourself off to have a fabulous bubble bath with a glass of wine and a good book – now that’s a fabulous way to relax!
