Stress relieving, balancing Reflexology
Reflexology gives the body a helping hand in times of stress and strain. Restoring the balance to mind, spirit and body. Taking time out for yourself is really vital in this day and age of constant work and no play…
A wonderfully relaxing therapy that aims to give the body a helping hand in times of stress and strain. It can help to stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms and restore balance to mind, spirit and body.
During a Reflexology treatment we use a special pressure massage to the reflex points of the feet and by working on these specific points we are affecting the whole body.
Reflexology may also be effective in helping with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. But for me the most benefits are derived from it’s stress-relieving and re-energising properties. Taking time out for yourself in this busy world is absolutely vital for your health and well-being.
Stress plays such a huge role in our health and wellbeing with an enormous 75% of all illnesses being caused by stress.
More and more companies now have a resident Reflexologist to help reduce work sickness. And more and more people are turning to it in moments of stress and over-work to help them carve out a little time for themselves. It can help you to take stock, have a breather, think about yourself for a little while. Indispensable.
